RENTAL RATES
Rental rates vary with the periods, which in turn link to demand and key holiday times. The most expensive are the Peak periods over Christmas, New Year and Easter. Key holiday times such as Thanksgiving, School breaks and high summer are High Periods. Dates when it is cooler are the Low periods and the rest are Regular Periods.

Booking Terms
A Reservation Deposit of 25% of the total booking fee fixes the price and secures the booking. This Deposit is deducted from the final payment, when due.
A Security Deposit, currently $500 or £350, is due with the final balance. This deposit will be returned intact if the villa has incurred no damage and is standard practice with villa rentals.
FREE Pool heating dependent on length of booking
FREE Hot Tub/Spa heating for all bookings of 8 nights or more. Less than 8 nights incurs a heating charge, currently $70 per week.
FREE use of a gas BBQ in accordance with the terms of use.
FREE Baby Equipment, such as high chair, crib, stroller, car seat, etc. for all bookings of 14 nights or more. Less than this may incur a fee depending on items required and length of booking (this covers the additional cleaning and sterilisation of the equipment after departure).
FREE Cleaning on departure for all bookings of 8 nights or more. A Cleaning Fee, currently $130, will be made for bookings of less than 7 nights or less.
Cancellation Policy
Guests may cancel their booking at any time up to arrival. Should a guest exercise their right to cancel, the Booking Deposit is non-refundable. Also the following cancellation penalty scale will apply as a percentage rate of the Total Rental Fee.
* Between 90 and 60 days prior to arrival date 50% of full rental is payable
* Between 60 and 45 days prior to arrival date 70% of full rental is payable
* Less than 45 days prior to arrival date 100% of full rental is payable.
How to check availability and book Treasure Trove
The process is very easy, just follow these steps:
1/ Email or telephone direct to check availability or to ask any questions. An immediate response will be provided, normally within 24 hours and most often much sooner. If available, you will be invited to book the accommodation. If unavailable, other dates will be offered or, if requested, I could contact other owners with similar properties
to try to fulfill your requirements.
2/ If you wish to go ahead with the booking, complete the booking form and terms and conditions which will be sent to you. Return these together with the reservation deposit. Please note that until the booking form, terms and conditions and reservation deposit are received, the booking is not confirmed and may be offered to others if the delay is excessive. On receipt and clearance of the deposit funds, the booking will be confirmed.
3/ A deposit receipt, in the form of an invoice, will be sent a week or so before the final payment is due, together with details for paying the final bill. The final payment must be paid and cleared 90 days prior to your arrival at Treasure Trove.
4/ Full details and access to Treasure Trove will be sent, in plenty of time for your holiday, plus other useful information to help with your stay.

Payment Terms:
- Initial 25% reservation deposit at the time of booking
- Full payment plus the security deposit is required 90 days prior to arrival
- For bookings within 90 days of arrival, the full payment is due at time of booking, including the security deposit.

2/ PayPal, which incurs a fee of 4%
3/ Check payment direct to my US Bank Account
Payment in UK Pounds (£)
1/ Cheque sent to a UK address
2/ PayPal, which will incur a fee of 4%
3/ Wire Transfer direct into a UK Bank Account
4/ Bank transfer (BACS or CHAPS) to a UK bank account
Please note that any charges incurred for wire transfers will be the responsibility of the individual renting the villa.
